Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlockZen (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Eligibility

BlockZen is available to users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the App.

License

Rizwan Productions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BlockZen for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software to manipulate gameplay
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

In-App Purchases

BlockZen may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple through the App Store
• Subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies
• Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy

You can restore eligible previous purchases using the Restore Purchases option within the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in BlockZen — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, text, and game mechanics — is the property of Rizwan Productions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“BlockZen” and the BlockZen logo are trademarks of Rizwan Productions. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BlockZen is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Rizwan Productions does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rizwan Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use BlockZen.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Updates and Changes

Rizwan Productions reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue BlockZen at any time
• Change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms within the App or on this page

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rizwan Productions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
